1. What SocialPro Giveaways is (and is not)

Internal giveaways published at /sorteos are free, require no deposit or payment of any kind and do not award cash. ⭐ points are internal rewards with no monetary value. The internal part of this service is not a regulated gambling activity under Law 13/2011.

However, we promote and link to external platforms where financial transactions and casino/case-style mechanics may be present. That is why we provide this guide: if you interact with those partners, make an informed and responsible decision. See also External partners.

2. Platform commitments

• We restrict access to users aged 18 or older.
• We do not accept monetary deposits within the internal platform.
• We do not use aggressive persuasion mechanics: we do not hide costs or create artificial scarcity, and entries are counted in tickets, not money.
• We offer a read-only leaderboard and a private profile mode for users who do not want to appear under their real name.
• We clearly show when a CTA leads to an external partner.

3. Warning signs

It is time to stop if:

• You spend more than you can afford with external partners.
• You chase losses or try to “recover” them through further bets.
• You hide your activity from family, your partner or friends.
• The time you spend interferes with your studies, work or health.
• You think about it even when you are not playing.

5. Self-exclusion from our platform

If you want to stop using SocialPro Giveaways immediately:

• Sign out from the user menu.
• Write to info@socialpro.es with the subject Self-exclusion. We block the account and delete personal data we are not legally required to retain.

Self-exclusion from external partners must be requested directly from them; SocialPro cannot do this on your behalf.

6. Protection of minors

The platform is restricted to users aged 18 or older. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created an account, write to info@socialpro.es. We block the account and delete the associated data as soon as we verify this.

7. Responsible advertising

When a giveaway CTA links to an external partner, we identify it with the partner's name and the creator's promotional code. We do not hide that the link is part of the creator's affiliate programme with the partner.

We commit to following applicable best practices and principles on commercial communications, user protection and responsible gambling where relevant, subject to final legal review of this document.
