Giveaway terms and conditions

1. Organiser

Giveaways published on socialpro.es are organised by content creators managed by SocialPro in collaboration with the sponsoring brands named in each giveaway (Keydrop, Skinplace, SkinsMonkey, Hellcase or others). SocialPro acts as an intermediary and manages communications between creator and brand.

2. Entry

Entry into giveaways is free and voluntary. There is no purchase or monetary deposit requirement to enter giveaways marked as free. Participants must be 18 or older.

Some giveaways may require prior registration on the sponsor's platform. This may involve accepting that platform's own terms, for which SocialPro is not responsible.

3. Prize and winner selection

Each giveaway's prize is described on the corresponding creator page. The winner is selected randomly through the sponsoring platform's or organising creator's mechanisms, ensuring equal opportunities for all eligible participants.

The winner will be announced on the creator's channel (Twitch, YouTube or Instagram) within the period specified in each giveaway. SocialPro is not responsible for physical or digital prize delivery, which is the sponsoring brand's responsibility.

4. Minimum age (+18)

Giveaways linked to CS2 skins platforms, online casinos or sports betting are exclusively for users aged 18 or older. By entering, users declare that they meet the minimum legal age in their country of residence for these activities.

5. Privacy and data

SocialPro does not collect participants' personal data directly. If entry requires providing data to the sponsoring platform, that data is processed under the platform's privacy policy. For questions about personal data managed by SocialPro, write to marketing@socialpro.es.

6. Disclaimer

SocialPro does not guarantee continuous giveaway availability and is not responsible for technical interruptions on third-party platforms. Giveaways may be cancelled or modified by the creator or sponsoring brand without prior notice.

7. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by current Spanish law. For giveaways with participants in other EU or LATAM countries, the relevant local regulations apply wherever they are more favourable to the participant.
