2. Data we collect and why

SocialPro collects personal data in the following circumstances:

Contact form and proposal requests

Name, email and company (where applicable). Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, manage the business relationship.

Participation in giveaways and campaigns

Data collected for giveaways (social media handles, etc.) is processed under each giveaway’s specific published terms. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Website usage analysis (analytics cookies)

Anonymous browsing data collected through Google Tag Manager if the user consents in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Partnerships with creators and brands

Professional details (name, email, social profiles and metrics) of creators and brand contacts managed through the internal CRM. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Data recipients

SocialPro does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except:

  • Technology infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon Postgres) under data processing agreements.
  • Google LLC (Google Tag Manager / Analytics) if you accept analytics cookies, with processing in the EU or under standard contractual clauses.
  • Legal obligations: when required by competent authorities.
  • For campaigns: sponsoring brands receive only the data necessary to deliver the campaign.

4. Retention period

Contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, for the business relationship plus statutory limitation periods (up to 5 years for civil claims under the Spanish Civil Code).

Analytics cookies are deleted according to the periods set out in our Cookie Policy .

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction: restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at marketing@socialpro.es stating your request. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.

If you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with current law, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

6. Security

SocialPro implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. The website uses HTTPS for all communications. Access to the management panel requires authentication.

7. Children

This website is not intended for children under 14. SocialPro does not knowingly collect children’s data. If you discover that a child has provided data without parental consent, contact us so it can be deleted immediately.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in data processing or applicable law. The current version will always be available at socialpro.es/en/privacidad.
