Question 1

What are SocialPro codes?

Accepted Answer

They are referral or discount codes our creators share with their communities. Using them on platforms such as Keydrop, Skinplace, SkinsMonkey or Hellcase gives you a welcome bonus, extra credits or a discount on deposits. The creator receives a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Question 2

How do I use a code?

Accepted Answer

On the creator’s page or /giveaways you will find the code and a “Use code” button. Clicking takes you to the relevant platform with the code already applied (or clear instructions on where to enter it during registration or your first deposit).

Question 3

Do codes expire?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the campaign. Codes without an end date are ongoing. Dated codes are marked “Active until [date]”. If a code no longer works, contact the creator or email us at marketing@socialpro.es.

Question 4

Can I use several codes at once?

Accepted Answer

Each platform has its own rules. Generally, a referral code is applied once when you create an account or make your first deposit. Codes from different creators cannot be combined on the same account.

Question 5

Are the codes exclusive to SocialPro?

Accepted Answer

We publish codes our creators actively manage with SocialPro. Sometimes they offer better bonuses than other sources because the agreements are negotiated directly between SocialPro and the brand.

Question 6

How do I enter a giveaway?

Accepted Answer

Click “Enter giveaway” on the creator’s profile or /sorteos. You will be taken to the giveaway’s official platform (Keydrop, Skinplace, etc.), where entries are managed. SocialPro does not collect personal data directly for giveaways.

Question 7

When are winners announced?

Accepted Answer

Winners are announced on the creator’s channel (Twitch, YouTube or Instagram) when the giveaway ends. Some creators also publish them on /talentos/[slug] under “Recent winners”. Each giveaway card displays a countdown to the end date.

Question 8

How do I receive my prize if I win?

Accepted Answer

The creator or giveaway platform (Keydrop, SkinsMonkey, etc.) contacts you through the method specified in the terms: usually a Twitch DM, Discord or email. SocialPro does not manage prize delivery directly.

Question 9

Do I have to pay to enter?

Accepted Answer

No. Giveaways listed on SocialPro are free for viewers. The creator and/or brand sponsor the prize. Some giveaways require a platform account, but registration itself is free.

Question 10

Are the giveaways genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work exclusively with verified platforms (Keydrop, Skinplace, SkinsMonkey, Hellcase) that publish their results transparently. Each creator’s winners section shows previous prizes, dates and winner usernames.

Question 11

Are Keydrop, Hellcase, Skinplace and SkinsMonkey safe?

Accepted Answer

They are CS2 skin platforms with years of operation and large communities. As with any platform of this kind, we recommend reading the terms, playing responsibly and never spending more than you can afford. If in doubt, check independent reviews on Trustpilot or Reddit before depositing.

Question 12

How do the platforms differ?

Accepted Answer

Keydrop and Hellcase specialise in opening CS2 cases. Skinplace is a marketplace for buying and selling skins. SkinsMonkey offers peer-to-peer skin trading. Each has its own welcome bonuses available through our creators’ codes.

Question 13

Why does SocialPro work with iGaming brands?

Accepted Answer

CS2 skin platforms are part of the Spanish-speaking gaming ecosystem. Our creators have adult audiences familiar with these products. All campaigns include regulatory compliance and responsible gambling messages under applicable regulations.

Question 14

What is SocialPro?

Accepted Answer

SocialPro is a marketing agency founded in Madrid in 2017. We manage the careers and campaigns of Spanish-speaking streamers and content creators specialising in CS2, iGaming and gaming in general. We connect brands with creators and handle the entire process: selection, compliance, tracking and reporting.

Question 15

How do you work with creators?

Accepted Answer

Our creators are part of SocialPro’s roster. We manage their brand deals, advise on regulatory compliance and optimise campaigns using real data. The codes and giveaways on the website are part of their active agreements with verified brands.

Question 16

I am a creator. How do I join SocialPro?

Accepted Answer
