RevShare
Also known as: Revenue Share, Revenue Sharing
RevShare (Revenue Share) is a commission model in which an operator pays an affiliate or agency a percentage of the NGR generated by attributed players, month after month, for the active lifetime of those accounts. Unlike CPA (a single fixed payment), RevShare rewards player quality, not just quantity: an affiliate bringing a few high-LTV players can earn more than one bringing many players with low retention.
Context
Typical RevShare percentages in European iGaming range from 20% to 45% of NGR, with volume-based tiers. Many operators offer hybrid models (CPA plus a lower RevShare) that combine initial liquidity with long-term upside. RevShare requires trust in the operator because the affiliate depends on accurate, unmanipulated monthly NGR reporting — which is why reputable operators undergo periodic audits and provide dashboards with daily breakdowns.
